Why Gene and Jeff are different.
- Built an extremely successful Contingency
Firm (Seven times Office of the year).
- Converted firm to fully retained and built one of the 30th Largest Retained firms in America for four straight years (as recognized by Executive Recruiter News "ERN").
- Twelve years straight of double digit growth. The last year the firm did just
under twelve million dollars out of one location.
- Never stopped working their own desks. 1994 was the first year both Gene and
Jeff each exceeded one million dollars cash in a calendar year. In the year 2000 they both cashed in over $3,500,000. For their combined careers they have generated over $40 million in search fees.
- They introduced the Candidate Exclusivity Agreement. They were the first
Recruiters to have candidates sign Exclusivity Agreements, similar to how athletes work with sports agents.
- They believe in sharing and giving back. Both have worked exclusively with
(board positions) with charities such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. They also conduct Keynote speeches and travel all over the world to train other owners and recruiters.
- They created an exit strategy and sold their firm to a $2 Billion dollar company. They share this learning experience with owners in a training session.
- They understand the pluses and the minuses of being part of a franchise operation as well as being an independent firm because they have done both.
- They co wrote and produced the #1 selling training series in the search industry, "The 25 Common Traits of the Big Billers" used by thousands of firms worldwide to train their staff.
- They have placed all level positions. They started off placing sales reps and ended up in the boardrooms of some of America's largest companies placing the executive staff. They share how to move up the food chain in their recruiter training.
